Reading Borough Council had a requirement for 40 accommodation units providing emergency shelter for homeless people in the Reading area. The site would also accommodate support staff on a 24hour basis in two newly constructed offices and a further unit providing laundry facilities for the residents on site.

Bespoke Specification:
- 43 Anti Vandal single bay units providing 40 living
accommodation ‘studios’, two offices for support staff to the site and a laundry. - Studio’s offer a bedroom/ lounge, kitchen area and shower room.
- The units are arranged around the site stacked one on one to
offer ground and first floor which are accessed by external staircases. - Each unit measured 7.6m x 3m which will easily allow them to
be moved to different locations over future years to meet client requirements.
