Huttoft Bank Café, Lincoln

Located within Lincolnshire’s Coastal Country Park Lincolnshire Council had a requirement for a Cafe Building with seating internally and to make the most of the views on the rooftop.

Bespoke Specification:

• Full turnkey project including the Design, Manufacture, Delivery, Install and Groundworks

• 9.5m x 8.7m irregular shaped buildings manufactured in 3 bays

• Internally the building offers kitchen and serving area and an open plan seating area with a large expanse of windows and bi-fold doors opening to the raised decking area with further seating

• The cafe has a roof top decked area with further seating to take in the amazing views from this unusual and unique location

Manufactured in three bays the building measured 9.5m x 8.7m overall. With a timber exterior finish and zinc clad fascia the building sits into the environment beautifully. Due to the environment in which the building is situated a number of measured have been implemented into the design including foundation requirements and consideration for the finishes given the sand and salt air environment.
