Lisa plays a vital role within the company as she is the first point of call for all clients and enquiries either face to face or by telephone.  Her main duties include welcoming and directing visitors, dealing with security by monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges, maintaining telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. She works closely with the finance department, by issuing invoices and making purchases for the department and company. 


Her knowledge and skills set includes great customer service, telephone skills, verbal communication, Microsoft Office Skills, listening, professionalism, customer focus, organisation, informing others, handles pressure and supply management.
