Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are looking to appoint a Project Co-Ordinator to undertake a key role in supporting the delivery of successful modular and anti-vandal building projects. We seek a highly motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills, who thrives when working with accuracy in a fast paced environment towards challenging deadlines. Experience working within a similar position would be beneficial however it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities include:
To co-ordinate projects and be the first point of client communication, working with relevant site and project managers.
To be proactive in ensuring that individuals / departments are on tract to achieve the programme requirements set by the Company.
To record changes to scopes of work and identify potential cost changes for the Estimator / QS to record and notify the client
To liaise fully with clients to ensure they are fully aware of, and understand their milestones on programme, and provide relevant information in a timely manner
To support Project Managers in the delivery of up front information (i.e crane surveys, programmes, risk for example
To organise and host client meetings and provide minutes, and ensure the company follows it project map from order date to completion
To compile and issue the O&M manual within an appropriate time in relation to project completion.
